I don’t have a bunch of set policies. I treat everyone on an individual basis. If there is a question, an issue or anything you need clarity on please ask me. When life situations do not give us the answer we make up our own realities based on prior experiences. This is an effective substitute in most situations however, it may have little to no bearing on the truth of the situation.
I will do everything that I can to provide the best possible service to my clients. I value your time as well as my time. Please, respect my time as I respect yours. Time is the one thing in life we can not make up. I understand that life happens. When a client fails to make their appointment, or cancels at the last minute, that opportunity goes unused and another client can’t get in, possibly one that really needed some work that day. This policy is only in place to encourage common courtesy. I understand emergencies and illnesses do occur and not on anyone’s specified time line.
If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or have diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is an ice storm, snow storm, or any other weather related event please do not drive or walk if you do not feel it is safe. Please, call and reschedule your appointment.
Please, be cool and call me if you’re not going to make it to your appointment on time or at all.
A client arriving more than 5 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, will have to discuss with me the length of the session before it begins. I will do everything that I can to accommodate the scheduled session time. If I cannot provide this due to a scheduling conflict, I will inform you during our discussion.
Thank you for your understanding. I sincerely appreciate your patronage and time.
